Mr. Evangelis has more than 21 years of experience in the field of hospitality. He has worked with several reputed companies, such as Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, Peninsula Hotel, Hong Kong, New York Sheraton Towers, Hilton Miami and the Royal Caribbean Cruise.
He started his career in Jakarta, Indonesia with Shangri-La Hotel. Prior to his current appointment, he was working as Group Culinary Director with City Seasons Group of Hotels and with Melia Hotels.
